RL9000TWM Series Load Cell Weigh Module

The RL9000TWM Series stainless steel Load cell weigh module is ideal for use in tank, hopper, vessel, and many other applications.

The low profile configuration is designed for easy installation: maximizes space, and its all-in-one construction minimizes installation time.

The RL9000 TWM will accurately weigh even if the base is off level by as much as 3º. A broad range of weighing capacities from 1,000 lb to 450,000 lb enables its use in virtually any weighing application.

It does not require check rods or other stabilizing hardware.

The 100% uplift protection and self-checking design provide extreme durability.

The RL9000 TWM comes standard with welded seal. Overall, the streamlined design of the RL9000 TWM provides accuracy and durability in hostile environment and weighing applications.

The stainless steel construction and welded seal offer additional protection in wash down areas.

SURVIVOR® 1700HE Weigh Modules

The 1700HE offers precision-machined, weld less construction to maximize pressure wash down cleaning effectiveness. This design, coupled with integral jacking/shipping bolts, eases installation and minimizes maintenance costs.

• All stainless steel construction
• Hermetically-sealed, stainless steel load cells, IP66/68, guaranteed waterproof

RL1855HE Weigh Modules

The internal height adjustment reduces the need for shims/external hardware, simplifying installation. The standard conduit adapter allows for connection to conduit for cable protection

RL2100HE Stainless Steel

Incorporating an articulating load plate, hardened load pin and double-ended beam load cell into one simple design, the 2100HE tolerates eccentric loads and side loads of up to 100% of capacity.

The RL1600 HE Series Mounting Module Kit utilizes several Rice Lake Weighing Systems components to provide an unmatched level of performance in tank and hopper weighing applications.

ITCM SS Isolated Tension Cell Module

The ITCM Series Isolated Tension Cell Module utilizes several Rice Lake Weighing Systems components to provide an unmatched level of performance in tank and hopper weighing applications and mechanical scale conversions. Suitable for suspended silos and many other tension applications.
