Weight Indicators

KM indicators complete the sensing systems. With KM indicators you can monitor from 1 to 120 vessels of level, weight or a combination thereof. The SVS™, STX™ and Weight II™ feature operator-selectable speeds and resolutions. The MVS™ is designed to custom-configure your system with off-the-shelf input and output requirements, for the right system you need today, and the ability to easily expand in the future.

The SVS2000™ is a Kistler Morse weight indicator for in process or inventory batch weighing and control. The SVS2000 provides easy system configuration and expansion

  • Accepts Half-Bridge sensors (microcell) or full-bridge strain gage load cells
  • DSP Filter: Separates mixer and plant vibrations from weight changes
  • Up to 21-bit resolution analog-to-digital converter
  • AC Power: 115 VAC ± 10%, 50/60 Hz; 230 VAC ± 10%, 50/60 Hz 30 VA

KM stx plusThe Kistler Morse STXplus™ Signal Processor is a single vessel 4-channel instrument that employs an analog to digital converter to translate input from strain gauge sensors/load cells into weight indication.

Weigh II™

The Weigh II™ is a flexible multi-vessel indicator for inventory monitoring of up to four in-process weighing applications

  • High resolution (up to 21-bits) analog to digital converter
  • Analog and digital outputs can be generated from the inputs to the Weigh II to provide auxiliary controls

Kistler-Morse’s Multi-Vessel System (MVS) is a powerful and versatile, multi-functional signal processor and display for continuous level and weight monitoring and is fully configurable and expandable for up to 120 vessels. The MVS™ is configured with input and output cards to match the specific needs of your application.
