Masterweigh® 6 is a precision microprocessor based electronic integrator.

Features which are considered options with other manufacturer’s products come standard on the Masterweigh® 6:

  • Modular in design, comprising the main processor and in-built power supply
  • Power supply board 110/240 volt AC, easily field serviceable and field replaceable

MasterWeigh® 6 has been designed to be used with Web Tech’s range of conveyor belt scales, fixed speed weigh belt feeders and weighing screw feeders.

It is also suitable for replacing any load cell based installations manufactured by others (i.e. any belt scale).

All our MasterWeigh® products have been or are used to replace/upgrade existing older or current USA, European, NZ and other Australian brands due to the MasterWeigh features: ease of use, reliability and availability of spare parts.

Web Tech offer discounts for trade-ins and multiple replacements.

Masterweigh 7 electronicMasterweigh® 7 is a precision microprocessor based electronic integrator.

It includes the same standard features of MasterWeigh® 6, with the addition of PID control. The Masterweigh® 7 is one of our current replacements for Masterweigh 1.

Used primarily on our weigh belt feeders where variable speed is required.

Novus® or Masterweigh 8  is designed to be used with the Web Tech AutoWeigh range of conveyor belt scales, weigh belt feeders, and weighing screw feeders. This is a suitable replacement for any brand belt scale or weigh belt feeder controller (including the Ramsey™  MicroTech series 2000/9000 series)  It is manufactured in Australia and is an ex-stock item. Novus now replaces all previous model Masterweigh series integrators and controllers. However, we can offer some limited parts and in-house repairs for these if required

Optimus electronic integrator

“Optimus” is an advanced, precision, microprocessor based weight controller. Its unique design makes it suitable for use with the Web Tech range of weighfeeders and belt scales. Ample input & output facilities combined with a range of industrial communications protocols (Device-Net, Profibus & Modbus) make “Optimus” a powerful and versatile instrument. Housed in an industrial enclosure rated to IP66 specification, .

  • All commands, readings etc. are entered via “thick film keypad”.

Optimus Plus®

Optimus Plus electronic controllerOptimus Plus is an advanced, precision, microprocessor based bulk solids feeder controller. Its unique design makes it suitable for use with the Web Tech range of feeders, or as an upgrade controller for most bulk solids feeders that are in current use.

Ample input and output facilities combined with a range of industrial communications protocols (DeviceNet, ProfiBus & EtherNet) make Optimus Plus a powerful and versatile instrument.

Housed in an industrial enclosure rated to IP66 specification, Optimus Plus is suitable for use in the most demanding of industrial environments.

Optimus Plus is an enhanced version of the standard Optimus integrator. Using a grayscale, quarter VGA screen, Optimus Plus has been designed for use with vibratory & screw type LIW feeders. The larger display allows for the presentation of ample amounts of feeder data and alarms.

LI401 Level Controller

The LI401 Digital Indicator, is a microcontroller based instrument providing continuous measurement of material levels within silos and storage vessels for both new and existing applications. The instrument’s user interface and indication of material level is displayed via a graphical LCD. The LI401 provides an isolated 4-20mA current loop to directly indicate the level of productLI401 inside a vessel, two programmable setpoints with mechanical relays to control external devices and a dedicated system healthy relay. The LI401 is designed with optional fieldbus communication plug-in card for protocols such as Ethernet-IP, Modbus-TCP, DeviceNet and Profibus.

    Stainless steel enclosures are available for applications in harsh environments. Enclosures can be either 304 or 316 grade stainless steel and can either have a flat or 30°sloped roof.
  • Intrinsically safe 
    “Intrinsically Safe Enclosures” are available for all Electronic   controllersintrinsic
  • SunshadeGenerally all electronics are temperature limited.
    Electronic instrumentation field mounted in IP66/Nema 4 rated enclosures prevent heat loss by means of air convection. Enclosures manufactured from modern plastics, fiberglass and stainless steel also prevent heat loss by means of conduction. It is therefore important to restrict any additional heat input such as from the sun. Web Tech AutoWeigh has designed a sunshade that accommodates the entire range of electronic integrators or indicators in HDPE or stainless steel with a 30° sloping roof. The sunshade does not provide any protection from water or dust for the indicator which is still mounted in an IP66/Nema 4 enclosure. It does, however effectively shade the indicator and enclosure from radiant heat. Air circulates through and around the sunshade.
    Conduit entry to the instrument enclosure is made easy owing to the generous opening at the base of the sunshade.The design allows for retrofitting of the sunshade without the need to disconnect the indicator wiring/conduits.
