A process conveyor belt scale can be used in applications where high accuracy is not required. Applications can include:
- The monitoring of plant performance
- Control of feed rates onto a conveyor
- Control of material feed into a process
These systems typically use a single idler belt scale weigh frame. Accuracies of ±1% to ±3% can be achieved depending on the application. These are the most suited if you need to replace or are looking for a single-idler Thermo Ramsey™ Series 20 Belt Scale System. Please note Dual idler belt scale systems are required for 0.5%. If you need a low-cost solution similar to the Ramsey™ IDEA then our universal “off the shelf” belt scale, is suitable with accuracies of 1.00%-3.00%

The WT1 is a lower cost “process” type conveyor belt scale.
- Single idler two (2) load cell belt scale that can be upgraded to a 2 idler belt scale with the addition of a weigh frame.

The WTE is a “process” type conveyor belt scale specifically designed for applications with relatively low belt loadings, and is ideal for low bulk density materials such as wood chips.
