“EasyFlow” Fibreglass Feeder for plasterboard

Web Tech AutoWeigh manufactures a range of equipment used in the plasterboard industry, including the  “EasyFlow” Fibreglass Feeder.

The “EasyFlow” loss-in-weight feeder is designed for accurate measurement of chopped fibreglass, which can be a difficult product to handle.  Utilising vibratory feeding technology in conjunction with specialised electronic controller, it provides a consistent throughput of fibreglass at the set point required.

Features include:

  • Totally enclosed in a stainless steel housing
  • A diverter chute for calibration purposes
  • Castor mounts for ease of cleaning

The Controller for the “EasyFlo”TM feeder is our “Optimus” model, which has a number of programmable analogue and digital inputs/outputs available with pre existing functions or optional serial communications.

We also manufacture a range of specialised weigh belt feeders and volumetric feeders designed for the various products used in the plasterboard manufacturing industry
