Medium Capacity Weigh Belt Feeders
Web Tech AutoWeigh’s “medium capacity” weigh belt feeders include our models “WT1450” and “WT1700”. Available with belt widths ranging from 300 mm to 1200 mm, and capacities up to 250 m3/hr, the models WT1450 and WT1700 can also be extended in length to suit your requirements. Typical applications for these models include sand, clinker, gypsum, limestone grain, cement, detergents, ores, petroleum coke, pet foods and many others.

The model “WT1700” is one of our “medium capacity” weigh belt feeders, and is suitable for applications including product blending and process control, the model “WT1700” is suitable for the nearly all industries. It has been successfully used in cement, grain, minerals, pet food and many more applications.

- 1450mm and 1700mm Inlet to Discharge centres
- Available in belt widths of 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm,1050mm and 1200mm
- Maximum capacity of approximately 250m3/hour (depending on material type)
- Accuracies in the order of ±0.5% to ±1.0% are achievable.
- Available in Open, partially enclosed and fully enclosed “Dust tight” construction(includes dust extraction coupling)
- External enclosure can be supplied in either mild steel powder coated, or optionally in stainless steel.
- Cantilever design allows easy belt removal & replacement
- Automatic belt tracking system

- Scrapers on head & tail pulleys, and Vee plough on return belt
- “Horseshoe” type inlet or full inlet chute with adjustable sheargate
