The model “WT3000” is Web Tech AutoWeigh’s “high capacity” type weigh belt feeder, and is suitable for applications including product blending and process control. The model “WT3000” is extremely suitable for the minerals industry, but can also be used in grain and similar applications.

• 3000mm Inlet to Discharge centres
• Available in belt widths from 600mm to 1600mm
• Maximum capacity of approximately 400m3/hour (depending on material type)
• Accuracies in the order of ±0.5% to ±1.0% are achievable.
• Troughed belt profile
• Available in Open, partially enclosed and fully enclosed “Dust tight” construction(includes dust extraction coupling)
• External enclosure can be supplied in either mild steel powder coated, or optionally in stainless steel.
• Cantilever design allows easy belt removal & replacement
• Automatic belt tracking system
• Lagged drive pulley
• Crowned head pulley
• Gravity take-up for constant belt tension
• Scrapers on head & tail pulleys, and Vee plough on return belt
• “Horseshoe” type inlet or full inlet chute with adjustable sheargate

The model “WT2000” is an extended version of our model “WT2000” weigh belt feeder, and is considered one of Web Tech AutoWeigh’s “low capacity” type weigh belt feeders. Suitable for applications including product blending and process control, the model “WT2000” is extremely suitable for the food industry, but has also been used in powder and pellet applications.
The model “WT2000” can be supplied with our inlet chute control system. This system is ideally suited for materials that aerate and can tend to flood. The inlet chute control system incorporates an extended length inlet chute that is constantly monitored using a separate weighing system, or by level probes. An output is provided to control a prefeeder.
